One of the most common sources of inefficiency in traditional transportation processes is communication traffic issues (phone, email, etc.). This communication inefficiency is the biggest obstacle to getting the actual work done. Moreover, the lack of proper documentation for these processes makes problem resolution more difficult and prevents effective reporting.
With the Transport Portal we developed using the SAP Fiori interface, external suppliers and transporters can access the SAP system via a web portal. This enables all transportation processes to be managed online, eliminating inefficiencies. Additionally, all recorded processes can be quickly and easily reported.

Your Customers or Vendors can update their address information online via a URL you provide, accessible from both mobile devices and PCs. After your approval, the Customer and Vendor data in your SAP system is automatically updated.
